Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between Prime Home Gear ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Prices: All prices for products and services are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes and Fees: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Payment Due Date

One-Time Purchases: Payment is due immediately at checkout.
Subscription Services (if applicable): Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle.

3. Invoicing

Invoice Issuance: Invoices are generated upon completion of each order.
Delivery Method: Invoices are sent electronically via email to the contact information provided at checkout.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your billing details are accurate and kept up to date.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest on Late Payments

A 1.5% monthly late fee (or the maximum allowed by law) will be charged on overdue balances.

4.2 Suspension of Services

If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend order processing or delivery.
Services will resume upon full payment of the outstanding balance and applicable fees.

5. Disputed Charges

Notification Period: Disputes must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date.

6. Refunds and Credits

Policy Reference: Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Taxes

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided.
Tax Exemption: Please email your certificate to support@primehomegear.com before placing your order.

8. Billing Errors

Corrections: We correct billing errors as soon as they are discovered.
Overcharges: Will be refunded or credited.
Undercharges: You will be notified and invoiced for the outstanding amount.

9. Subscription and Recurring Payments

9.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions (if offered) automatically renew unless cancelled according to our Cancellation Policy.
A reminder email may be sent before renewal.

9.2 Cancellation

To cancel, notify us at least 7 days before the end of your billing cycle by emailing support@primehomegear.com.
You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period.

10. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its integrated processors.
We use SSL encryption and comply with industry standards to protect your information.
Prime Home Gear does not store your credit card details.

11. Changes to Billing Terms

We may update these terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on our site at https://primehomegear.com.
Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to billing.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 6 months prior to the issue.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
